Job Description : Prerequisites for the overall performance of the service
- Modify and customize PowerPlatform workflows to meet business requirements, with an emphasis on PowerPlatform and surrounding applications.
- Using Azure/AWS, design and build back-end data flows utilizing tools such as Azure Databricks and ADF.
- Design, create, and maintain databases to ensure optimal performance.
- Work with IT department and workflow owner department personnel to gather and analyze the requirements for the PowerPlatform project.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in PowerPlatform development and related technologies.
- Propose a solution with business sustainability in mind, with seamless integration and compatibility with t h the internal PowerPlatform.
- Collaborate with IT department staff, workflow owner department personnel, and internal global teams.
Skill requirements
-3+ years of working experience in PowerPlatform or other platform development.
- Proficiency in building back-end data flows using Azure or AWS, including experience with Azure Databricks, ADF, etc.
- Skills in the use and maintenance of powerful databases such as SQL and Snowflake.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude toward problem solving
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within the IT department and with workflow owner department stakeholders.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate smoothly in Japanese is essential. English language skills are required to the extent that there is no difficulty in understanding documents and communicating via e-mail and chat.
- Adhere to Siemens Healthineers compliance policy, data protection policy and security guidelines.
