Key Responsibilities 主要工作职责：
-制定电气部件装配工艺方法，完成标准作业指导书和培训以指导员工正确装配
-分析诊断排查解决生产过程中的电气故障以保证生产过程顺利进行
-组织实施电气工艺审核并协调改进行动，以提高产品装配质量
-实施电气部件装配工作研究，优化作业顺序和方法，以改善装配工艺
-负责装配工装工具的设计及选型以完成工艺改进工作
-对工艺改进的自动化项目进行方案设计，项目规划，协调，跟踪，确保方案及时有效的完成
Critical Ability, Skill and Knowledge 关键能力、技能和知识：
-熟悉电气布线、电气控制原理、电气元件性能及选型
-可进行简单电气原理图及接线图设计
-了解PLC编程控制
-具备精益生产理念
-良好的的责任心，执行力及自我管理能力
-良好的团队合作精神及沟通技能
-具备一定的项目管理能力
-具备基本英语听说读写能力
-熟练应用办公自动化及CAD软件
Education Background 教育背景：
-全日制大学本科或以上学历
-电气工程，机电一体化，自动化等相关专业
Work Experience工作经验：
-五年及以上相关工作经验
-非标设备相关经验者优先
-电梯行业及汽车行业工作经验者优先
