The Job

As a HR Specialist Here, you’ll be part of our HR team located in Nantong. You’ll get to:
1. Blue Collar Recruitment.
2. 3rd party management (Temp hourly employees' recruitment and management).
3. Training record maintenance and Blue-Collar skill matrix regular update and track.
4. Handle the on-boarding process (Including labor contract files, signing related documents, etc) and prepare injury-related documents.
5. Assist to prepare documents for audit (SR and Quality system).
6. Workday data management
7. HR files record, employees' files management
8. Support HRBP for other routine work

The Person

1. Bachelor's degree in human resource or other related majors.
2. 1-3 years' working experience in manufacturing industry, ability to work independently.
3. Have a sense of responsibility, good communication, coordination and organization ability.
4. Good English reading and writing.
5. Proficient in office software, especially Excel
