职责描述:
STRATEGY & NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT:
Responsible for breakfast day part and coffee category, end to end manage both business building and portfolio management.
Manage breakfast & coffee portfolio, evaluate product mix to maintain and boost daypart & category profitability.
Follow up new product innovation independently with cross functions.
Initiative and follow up breakfast and coffee campaigns.
Manage breakfast sales mechanism, monitor and review campaign results, sales data and competitors as well.

SEASONAL CAMPAIGN & ACTIVATION
End to end develop LTO dessert and drink products and campaign strategy, twice a year.
Lead campaign based NPD and finish execution.
Deploy communication strategy and social campaign with internal and external agencies for LTO windows.
Lead commercial and promotion plan to drive category growth.
任职要求:
Knowledge and skill required:
Bachelor Degree and above
At least 3 year work experience in relevant MKT field, FMCG industry is preferred.
Monitor and review campaign results,sales data and competitors as well
Good understanding of category trends
