职责描述:
Main Tasks:
- Responsible for the sustainability of maintenance execution processes are being followed including notification, prioritization, planning, scheduling, execution, and feedback.
- Lead all rotating/static equipment and piping maintenance activities in whole plant, and be responsible directly for the reliability of rotating equipment.
- Alignment of the daily execution team to meet production, EHS, budget, and continuous improvement objectives and targets
- Responsible for on-site inventory of capital and operating spares to ensuring adequate parts supply and cost effectiveness, and develop supplier relationships to improve performance.
- Support for the content of the rotating Maintenance procedures
- Support the design, specification and installation of all instrumentation and electrical equipment for new CAPEX project and upgrading MOC work.
- Ensure work execution productivity (Time on Tools) supporting optimized maintenance costs
- Ensure first-time repair quality in an accurate, efficient, and effective manner
- Assist in the training and development of in-house maintenance resources.
- Develop disciplined and systematic equipment Maintenance strategy based upon business needs.
- To establish, monitor, and optimize Preventative Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance Plans. Lead the implementation of mechanical maintenance and reliability strategies that are consistent with requirements as defined by BASF procedure.
- Support autonomous maintenance activities of Production personnel
- Lead the use of LEAN manufacturing tools to identify waste and drive continuous improvement
- Responsible for the retention of documentation of inspections, repairs and maintenance systems
- Responsible for implementation of the incident investigation process including Investigation, root cause analysis, action items, documentation and follow-up for incidents involving their employees
- Collect yearly TAR work item list and prepare detail planning to support TAR coordinator prepare TAR overalll scheduling.
- Responsible for the safety and quality of all work conduction on site in responsibility area.
- Prepare and submit qualified TAR report on time.

任职要求:
Requirements:
- Process equipment and control engineering/ Chemical mechanics engineering/ mechanical, Bachler degree or above, Diploma
- 8+ years in mechanical engineering / maintenance in petrochemical or chem. Industry
- Slid knowledge in static equipment, piping and rotating equipment.
- Good understanding of related engineering standards as well as legal requirements,
- Good interpersonal skill and communication.
- High sense of responsibility and team work spirit.
- Good English communication skills in both spoken & written.
