JD - Training Specialist - Implant

Job Summary

To build the training and education infrastructure in the region and supporting the delivery of product and sales training

To ensure that needs in local training and education programs are fulfilled (quality and effectiveness of courses, implementation of planned courses, resource planning, know-how).

To build up the KOLs and speaker pool and develop professional relationship to enhance the add value and value proposition of Straumann.
Key Responsibilities

• Implement Internal Training and Customer Education program according Plan

• Following Straumann curriculum, be responsible for the development and implementation of Internal training and Customer Education program for implant portfolio, in response to new product launch and sales cycles, working closely together with the marketing and sales organization.

• This includes activities plan, implementation, and evaluation on all internal training and Customer Education activities in certain region

• Content development of Internal Training and Sales Support

• Further development of equipment and adaptation of presentation material.

• Adapt sales training and demonstration materials.

• Contribute to the development of the education curriculum for customer trainings in the country

• Content development of Customer Training

• Build up KOL and speaker development programs together with Sienor Management

• Technical main contact person for corporate customers / Universities / local trainers in the market

 

Skills and Competencies

Education / Professional Experience

• Dental degree/diploma

• Having dentist lenience

• Familiar with implant ology and implant solution

• Familiar with implant ology society

• Familiar with implant ology KOLs

• Having experience for set up course system for certain product line

• Having experience to organize seminar, training or similar event.

• Having more than 3 years implantation experience is a plus

• Good English and Mandarin

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

• Well-organized and structured person

• Comfortable to interact with different customer segments (KOLs, Dental Practitioners, Dental Technicians, Sales people)

• Strong result orientation and business sense

• Ability to build strong relationships to different customer segments through effective communication and listening skills
