职责描述：
Inbound Agent：

1 Be responsible for answering the call, confirming the type and demand of the customer’s call, and answering.
2. Make an online appointment for vaccination according to the customer's requirements
3. Call and follow up customers for care and return visit

1. 负责接听电话，确认好客户来电的类型，需求，进行解答。
2.按客户要求在线医学咨询
3.外呼跟进客户进行关怀和回访
4.能够适应7*8轮班制度

Requirements: 任职要求：

1. Technical secondary school or above, familiar with office software; must have nursing background

2. Have a strong sense of work responsibility and communication and coordination ability;

3. Be able to handle complex problems and emergencies independently;

4. Have strong work enthusiasm and active service awareness;

5. Have a lively and cheerful personality, good language expression and strong communication ability, work conscientiously and meticulously, make progress actively, and be good at learning and innovation.

1、大专以上学历，熟悉办公软件； 有护理学背景或者有医学项目相关的工作经验
2、具备较强的工作责任心和沟通协调能力；
3、具备独立处理复杂问题和紧急事件的能力；
4、具备较强的工作积极性和主动服务的意识；
5、性格活泼开朗，良好的语言表达及较强的沟通能力，工作认真细致，积极进取，善于学习与创新。
