Key Responsibility ﹣
The Loss & Prevention Executive is responsible for the enforcement and protection of all company interests and assets. Company assets are defined as merchandise, money, technical equipment, supplies, fixtures, store dwellings (owned or leased), our company personnel and our customers.
Major activities and responsibilities include:

﹣ Safety and security assets protection training to all employees to ensure the assets protection compliance and education (AP Awareness) within the Region.

﹣ Provide employees safety training (e.g AED, evacuation drills, anti-fire trainings etc.)for both stores and office staff.

﹣ Violation and Incident reporting.

﹣ Investigation and follow up. Supports Internal controller in all manner of investigations both external and internal.

﹣ Conduct routine inspections of the facility to maintain physical security and protection of assets. Conduct safety inspections and communicate hazards to local management.

﹣ Coordinate with Group Insurance dept and local broker for all insurance related issues.

﹣ Reporting of any theft and interaction with local law enforcement.

﹣ Supervision of all off site sales - Public and Employee.

﹣ Support audits and management.
Requirements & Capabilities:

﹣ Academic background: Bachelor Degree

﹣ Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Asset protection/Retail/ insurance company preferred.

﹣ Good knowledge of business flows, loss & prevention matters, security controls etc.

﹣ Fluent in both English and Chinese

﹣ Certificates of EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) such as IGC,IFC CSP is preferred.
