GENERAL SUMMARY

The primary purpose of this job is to provide aftermarket engineered solutions and pricing with all aspects of parts sales orders, deal with customer complains, receive and analyze complains from the field, provide solutions for claimed issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

• In conjunction with National Service Manager, implements regional service strategy for meeting customer needs and company goals and objectives
• Installation, maintenance and repair of our products
• Interacts directly with customers to address and resolve product/service concerns.
• Manages all data required to understand service business within assigned region / and seeks to drive continuous improvements.
• To regularly visit end customers for tower inspection and conduct operational / performance related reviews
• Liaise with regional Sales Manager and actively pursue parts sales order
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualification

• B.S. in Cooling Technology related field (Air conditioning or Refrigeration is priority)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Action oriented ; Good Team Player ; Customer Focus
• Good problem solving skills.
• Ability to act independently and consistently to represent SPX to protect the company image and business needs.
