Responsibilities:

• Liaison between Russian R&D team and Chinese partners (OEM, Tier-2 Suppliers, Engineering companies)

• Development, localization and technical expertise in Electric and Electronic Component;

• Lead communication between parties and project management

• Audit of technical proposals and solutions, maintain technical question resolution

• Support Sollers long-term cycle plan development

• Develop Project schedule, identification of engineering resources, budget

• Develop RASIC for cross-functional and cross-companies projects

• Delivery plan for design cross reduction items

• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time

• Manage engineering contract and price negotiations with 3rd parties

• Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data


Requirements and qualifications:

• At least 3-year work experience at worldwide OEM for product development engineer for Electric and Electronic Component

• Fluent Chinese and English (Russian is a plus)

• Knowledge of CAD/CAM/CAE, QCDP, APQP, MSA, 8D, FMEA, PPAP, DV/PV, V-Engineering

• Knowledge of product development system, ISO/TS procedures

• Experience in PLM / PDM (Siemens Team Center), 3D (UG, Catia, SolidWorks, etc)

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of business and management principles
