Job Responsibility
- Support the monthly EHS inspection program as one of the 4 independent inspectors & be responsible to assemble the inspection findings & score results, ensure documentation & Excel table are timely maintained
- Actively follow up with team to close the findings timely
- Monitor the EHS share-point database for the inspection records & assemble Excel sheet, informing the EHS Manager if gaps are identified
- keep a weekly track on Safety Cross teams’ activities and improvement actions
- Support the EHS Manager for the development of the quarterly newsletter
- Support the EHS Manager for the materials development of monthly presentation
- Support the EHS Manager for the quarterly EHS committee meeting
- Support the EHS Manager for Zero Harm Week activities
