Social media is central to the On brand, key to connecting with our communities in a genuine way to communicate our brand mission of ‘Igniting the human spirit through movement’. We’re looking for an experienced social media Senior Content Specialist to drive forward On’s social content planning and execution. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders across marketing, design, art direction and production, you’ll be driving content that engages our communities. Reporting to the China Social Media Lead, you’ll be an integral member of the China and global social media team, responsible for pushing forward our content that aligns with overall strategy.

Your Mission:
● Drive our social content planning for platforms (WeChat, XHS, Douyin, Weibo; open to new test fields); sensitive on the evolution of market trends
● Translate insights and trends into social media content - reacting quickly to brief and produce content for Douyin and XHS
● Craft exciting briefs for internal teams and external partners, continuously evolve our tone of voice on social media
● Collaborate with marketing, design, and commercial teams to plan and execute campaigns on social media
● Amplify the stories of global and local assets: athletes, talents at On, stores, and partners, in engaging and social-first formats - developing content ideas and content franchises
Your Story:
● 4-6 years’ working in social media and/or creative roles - with proven experience in planning and execution. A desire to produce best-in-class content
● You’ll have sufficient experience working and developing social media content to deliver views and growth across WeChat, WHS, Douyin
● Live and breathe social media, staying on top of content formats, social platforms and trends is a must. Strong content briefing and planning skills, and excellent attention to detail
● You’ll be ideating, concepting and have an experimental mindset - wanting to push forward new ideas and content opportunities
● Be proactive to develop building cross-functional relationships including experience working with internal teams and/or external partners
● Strong communication and writing skills - presenting ideas and plans to marketing, production and internal stakeholders. Work with external agencies and creative partners
● Fluent/native written and verbal English
