Responsibility：

 Support team leader to develop multi-channel strategy to deliver the business aspiration and facilitate the alignment with management team

 Deep dive stakeholder insights and develop the stakeholder engagement strategy& tactics in the ecosystem.

 Manage school projects on collaboration with external key stakeholders, internal field force and Zhifei.

Qualification/Requirements：

 Bachelor’s degree or above

 4-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry

 Consulting experience preferred, with 2-3 years’ hands-on experience in marketing Innovation Program management experience.

 Advanced level of customer & market insight, collaboration with internal and external partners.

 Strong problem-solving Advanced level of strategic thinking.

 High learning agility with open mindset.
