Position Summary

This position is to lead team to reinforce the product management from NPI to end of life as well as optimize the service product offering of the entire IES service portfolio based on market needs and customer VOC.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Develop effective product portfolio to support business growth and strengthen our competitiveness in market.
•Work cross-functionally through the new service product development process based on market situation, to bring products from concept through commercialization.
•Evaluate customer needs via voice of customer collection, build product requirement documents, and implement product optimization.
•Define service product pricing, smart pricing principle.
•Define market segmentation and positioning strategy as it relates to the product and solutions portfolio.
•Do business analysis and actions for the weak point to close the gap and handle the profit and loss for the respective product portfolio.
•Deliver presentations to the sales organization as well as to key customers.


Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biological Sciences, or equivalent is helpful.
•8+ years of marketing experience in related industries, analytical instrument industry is helpful.
•At least 3+ years in a product management, product marketing, sales, or business development role.
•Track record in driving business growth through the development and execution of product strategies or marketing campaigns.
•Excellent analytical abilities, strong learning abilities, innovative
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Good written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin
•Good at SAP, PPT, Excel, etc.
