Objective:
HR Generalist carry out all tasks assigned to make the human resource area works in well organized and high efficiency.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Coordinate the implementation of employee development programs and training activities.
• Facilitate the recruitment of new employees
• Employee’s HR documents management
• HR system management and maintain
• Marketing survey and data research
• Employee benefit handling
• Implement periodically LINAK Values activities
• Helping when other members in department needed
Required skills/experience:
• Excellent in understanding, speaking, reading and writing English
• Creative personality who knows our key assets are our employees
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Min. 3 years working experience in relevant field (international environment is an advantage)
• Open minded, friendly and trustworthy, well-spoken and service minded
• Organized and efficient
The position reports to the Manager, Human Resource.
