一、岗位职责：
1， 根据分公司年度规划，重点推进广州及周边优质设计院，通过各类市场推广方式，建立、维护客情关系，推进Cardamia 3D岩板品牌在当地下沉，提高设计院系统对Cardamia品牌熟识度。
2， 组织、参与各大展会、线上平台、沙龙、会议积极互动，促进展会和会后客情维护，促进材料上图、项目落地等工作。
3， 协助分公司负责人整合主要项目资源，配合设计院的样板需求、工厂及案例考察，根据市场原则推进项目上图、样板确定等工作。
4， 适应短期出差。
5， 领导交代的其他工作。
二、任职资格：
1、25岁-32岁，身体健康，工作态度积极主动。
2、大专以上学历，建材、设计院及工程相关工作，3-5年建材推广及项目跟进经验，对地产、设计院、工程商、建材行业有一定了解。有实际的项目和客户案例。
3、学习能力强，能在较短时间内基本了解新材料的基本特性，应用领域及工艺要点。
4、有抗压能力，能适应项目进度执行的工作节奏；工作有交代，遇到问题能及时沟通请示，严格按照KPI要求达成目标。
5、具有良好的沟通能力，头脑清晰，思维敏捷，对待客户攻关有百折不挠的勇气；遇到困难，有不断尝试新方法解决的能力及变通能力。
