岗位职责：
1、负责智慧家装业务整体运营管理，围绕公司战略，制订管理策略和营销方案；
2、熟悉家装行业，根据公司各项战略目标，带领团队拓展市场，完成业务发展指标；
3、全面管理智慧家装业绩指标、业务开发计划等；
4、负责分公司对外关系维护。
任职要求：
1、5年以上家装公司总经理或相关高管管理经验，熟悉家装行业技术、工程管理、市场管理；
2、丰富的行业资源及较强的渠道整合能力，对市场动态、市场方向的把握，具有很好的敏锐性及很好的全局观；
3、具备良好的管理技巧和领导组织能力、适应能力强，能够快速融入新公司的文化与团队；
