We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of
Lead Consultant Specialist. Business：Wholesale IT Principal responsibilities
Lead end to end project management activities including project planning, scope definition, budget, resource allocation, risk management and timeline. Oversee all phases of a project to ensure the project are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Coordinate with global teams including business, operation, and technology teams across multiple locations. Develop a detailed project plan, dependencies, and deliver to track progress. Manage and monitor the project risk, issues and work with teams to develop the mitigation strategies. Communicate project progress, budget, update, and milestones to stakeholders including senior managers, project sponsors, and cross functional teams. Provide strong leadership and mentorship to project teams, ensuring their alignment with project objectives, timelines, and quality standards. Define and track the financial budget of the project Collaborate with other project managers to drive for maximum synergies for project deliveries.
职位要求：
5+ years of Experience as project manager of IT project across multiple locations or regions, preferably in financial service industry
Strong leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Strong communication skill in English with the ability to work with Global virtual team across multiple locations is a much
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (Clarity, Confluence, JIRA & GPDM),
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to driving continuous improvement.
Payments knowledge (especially domestic payments, real time payments) is a bonus.
Channels knowledge is a bonus.
