Key Responsibilities:
•    General and administrative support to ACMs, and communicate, service and support sales and marketing team
•    Respond to customer inquiries and calculate price and provide quotation to sales, request sample oils and illustration samples from creation or application lab and arrange to send to the clients
•    Responsible for weekly project list searching, organizing and printout, generate regular sales reports including quarterly report which include Vitality Report (adoption notice list) and Total Adoption and Discontinuation Value
•    Act as a super user of iCam/SAP system, data entry and maintenance, central filing and prepare/maintain SSDB/SAP data systems
•    Drive projects towards the best possible solution for both the client and company
•    Coordinate and arrange special events and/or local, zonal and global meeting

Your Bring:
•    Bachelors degree or above
•    Minimum of 3 years sales/administrative experience in a multinational company
•    Good command of English, both oral and written
•    Computer literate in MS office software
•    Knowledge of food industry a plus
•    Strong communication skill, quick learner, team player, self-motivated
