Responsibilities:
1. Work in partnership with the Suzhou consulting leader as business partner, contributing to the implementation of the business strategy.
2. Responsible for supporting, designing, developing and the execution of the unit people strategy and plans.
3. Fully understand the Genpact people strategy and practices and localize & customize the same in Suzhou by cooperating with Genpact corporate HR team. Details include but not limited to designing and implementing HR policies in Suzhou in accordance with the labour law, Talent & Career Management, Performance Management & Development, Reward & Recognition processed, People Practices, capability building / Talent Development, Strengthen Employee Relations, Talent engagement & Retention, HR operation (payroll ) & Compliance.
4.Provide HR leadership and coaching to managers regarding employee relation issues.
5. Lead significant HR projects and processes including succession planning, salary planning, performance management and organization design.
5. Partner with business leaders to interpret and implement HR policies, practices, and procedures.
6. Ensure HR metrics fully reflected in daily people management and meet the targets.
7. Guide engagement council to deliver annual engagement plan on time. And support local administration job based on requirements.
Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree or above, with good command of spoken and written English.
2.3 years + HR general management experience in MNC, consulting/BPO industry preferred.
3.General knowledge of HR functions including, but not limited to, compensation& benefits, employee relations, staffing and HR practices and policies.
4.Excellent leadership, problem solving, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
5.Demonstrated sound problem solving and decision-making skills based on analysis and evaluation.
