Main Responsibility:

1. Ensure the internal OTD based on production schedule

2. Production KPI tracking in terms of waste, efficiency, output, quality, people turn over rate.

3. On-site management like 6S, executive force, people management.

4. Work with internal team to ensure the new project is handled well on production & Process

5. Lead the production team to be with continuous improvement on process, 6S, Waste, efficiency.

6. Standardization promoting to ensure the robust quality and efficiency output

7. Daily production output data analysis

8. Month KPI report tracking

Qualification/ Experience/ Skills:

- At least 5 years experiences with production management position ,foreign owned company with Automotive component assembly process is preferred.

- Be skillful on manufactory management including cost control, quality control, efficiency management, etc.

- Fluent English on both written and oral

- Strong communication capability, both at company internal site and out side to customer.

- Be strong at leadership, organization developing, decision making, and be a good team player

- Strong executive force, dare to ncounter the difficulty and setback.
