Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Regional sales planning and execution: Organize and set up regional monthly and yearly plan, carry out work according to department plans. To ensure the achievements of sales targets through tracking and process of plans.
2. Regional marketing strategy planning and execution: Drive strategic plan and business development by comprehensive marketing plans and implementations to ensure sales target.
3. Channel management: Be responsible for developing right hospital agents to cover target hospital and deliver business results through effective management of hospital agents.
4. Regional expense management: Supervise the overall sales budget, monitor the cost and profits of sales activities, optimize resources.
5. Cross function collaboration: Collaboration work with cross functional teams to organize and implement business plan and target.
6. Compliance: Conduct work and activities in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and regulatory guidelines as well as all Arctic vision policies and procedures.
7. Others: Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above major in Business or Medical Science.
2. Working Experiences: 5 plus years pharmaceutical or healthcare industry sales experience with a proven track record of successful sales performance, among which >3 years management experience in regional district.
3. Industry Experineces: Pharmaceutical, medical device, or other healthcare related experience is a must.
4. Other Requirements:
a). Ability to develop and execute key strategies;
b). Strong organizational, analytical, and business planning skills;
c). Excellent interpersonal skill, including communication, influence and negotiation ability;
d). Excellent learning agility and team management.
