岗位职责：
1.根据公司经营目标，制定电商全域营销规划、整体运营策略和针对性销售策略，结合预算，分解到各阶段，并推动分步实施；对电商的销售收入及利润目标负责
2.负责品牌在京东/天猫/抖音/拼多多/小红书等电商渠道的营销和销售策略及管理，保持和提升品牌的市场占有率；
3.负责主导建设电商团队架构，规划各岗位工作和人员配置，制定绩效考评标准和管理规范，部署工作内容，监督各项工作执行情况‘
4.负责收集市场信息，研究应对的产品、促销、营销、推广组织策略，分析行业发展趋势，产品市场份额、用户行为习惯、为产品规划和运营提供支撑；
5.制定电商平台品牌推广计划和活动实施方案，制定资源投放规划及产品策略，指导执行；
6.维护与各大电商平台的良好客勤关系及有效沟通，积极协调内外部进行站内站外推广；
7.负责产品预研阶段客户预判、市场机会分析、竞品对标等工作，完成产品的定义，并推动产品开发。
任职要求：
1.2-10亿的市场目标达成工作经历，在营销规划、市场推广、品牌定位、产品上市营销有全面的运营经验（能力可侧重2-3项）；熟悉天猫、京东、抖音、拼多多等主流平台的算法规则、发展策略等。
2.有15人及以上的团队建设和管理经验，带团队经验在8年及以上；
3.10年及以上工作经验，主导过大型销售（大促）战役；
4.擅长团队激励，团队搭建和团队能力建设；
5.熟悉各种营销的运营方式，具备营销项目经验，具备较好的方案撰写能力和沟通能力，良好的向上管理能力；
6.目标导向，自驱，有强烈的事业部，挑战精神，用于开拓创新。
