Position: Supply Chain (inbound) Specialist
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team as a Supply Chain Analyst. The individual will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our supply chain operations, with a focus on invoice processing, cost analysis, and vendor relationship management.
Line Report: Director - Global Supply Chain (English Speaker) / G.M. of China Operations (Chinese)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Review and Approve Supply Chain invoices for payment to suppliers.
- Capture Data related to Ocean Freight Cost and Invoicing.
- Strengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments.
- Interact with Supply Chain and Finance Team on a daily basis.
- To assist with conducting market analysis for potential to launch new products.
- Performing Cost analysis on domestic and international shipping cost.
- Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to actualized ocean freight and shipping cost.
- Support Cost of Goods Sold Calculations.
- Support monthly closing activities tied to freight, duty, and other import cost.
- Manage internal Supply Chain process; report outcomes regularly and create necessary action plans as needed.
- Administrate HTS Code Database.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- University Degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, or Data Analytics.
- 5-6 Years of Supply Chain, specifically Import Compliance and international Shipping.
- 3+ years in Supply Chain and/or 2+ Years in Accounting.
- Proficient in English reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google workspace with advanced formulas (INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IMPORTRANGE, and other).
- Familiar with inbounding receiving and demand planning of retail/e-commerce model.
- Strong time management and collaboration skills.
- Detail Oriented and Goal-oriented.
- Desire to work with numbers and a large amount of information.
Working Hour:
9am~12am; 13:00pm~18pm; 5 days a week.
