- 负责PHEV/BEV的EMOTOR电磁设计和开发，包括但不限于：
- -领导EMOTOR本地和国际项目的电磁设计和开发
- -领导本地和国际项目的RFQ和供应商技术评估。
- -在开发阶段领导供应商管理，以满足项目要求：评估、评估模拟、领导与供应商的设计冻结、定义和试点验证、供应商管理和评估，直到最终产品/工艺验收
- -从质量、成本、时间、性能等方面确保项目所需交付物的质量，并保证尊重技术核心技能政策
