Implement the Schneider quality policy, the Global directives and policies define CS&Q roles, targets and
objectives within the entity, champion customer satisfaction programs through delivering highest quality products and services, and addressing customer needs timely.
Manage the Quality Management System of the entity, drive internal compliance to ISO9001/ISO14001/OHSAS18001 requirements and address non-compliance by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions timely.
Implement supplier quality management program though defining supplier outgoing quality controls and supplier manufacturing process controls, and review supplier performance regularly for necessary improvements that reflect in external supplier non-conformance rate (DPME).
Lead QE team to Design the quality control plan for the product and conduct cell audit to ensure process follow the requirement. Oversee improvement for product quality using feedback of customer complaint, field failure, out-of-box inspection, and in-process inspection
Champion the continuous improvement programs through promoting the concept and coaching the participating teams using the proper tools, and rewarding the outstanding achievements.
Be responsible for people management including goal setting, performance management, competency
development, recognition, engagement, well being.
Requirement:
Education学历:
Bachelor degree or above with major in mechanical/electrical /industry / automation related
Job Related Experience:相关工作经验
Minimum 6 years work experiences in quality management related.

Good command of English verbal and written skills
Proficient in quality tools usage
Good leadership, team spirit and presentation skills
