1) Corporate Finance - Stat Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with China finance/tax laws and regulations
- Manage monthly China GAAP local statutory books closure
- Maintain local accounting journal vouchers and China accounting software
- OTIF statutory finance filings
- Delivery of local accts to support China NC R&D hub’s entitlement to R&D incentives offered by China local authorities
- Lead local external audit support
- Insurance management
- Establish and maintain good working relationship with local finance bureau, local auditors
- Stay abreast and up-to-date on local corporate finance and China GAAP regulations
- Lead technical accounting and tax treatment consultation with Group Accounting and/or external advisors
- Manage logistics documents
2) Tax Issue
- Local tax computation and filings (CIT, VAT, stamp duties, WHT)
- Compliance with Group tax reporting guidelines
- Drive tax planning opportunities
- Lead local tax audit
- Annual transfer pricing documentation
Job Requirement:
- Degree Holder in Accountancy or business related disciplines;
- Professional qualification holder;
- Minimum 5 – 6 years relevant experience in CPA firms or multinational companies;
- Sound knowledge of local accounting and familiar with financial compliance;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Pursuing or qualified in Local professional examinations；
- On board time: ASAP.
