Objectives
Primary responsibility is to implement and execute the ocean freight strategy. Manages and drives business growth through effective end-to-end capacity management and competitive pricing.
Responsibilities:
• Handle Europe, Transpacific, Latin America pricing inquiries
• Directs and controls capacity management activities for FCL and Sets, communicates and follows KPIs to ensure constant improvement of capacity management
• Directs and controls all pricing activities required at county level
• Partners with the Sales Team in interaction with key customers
• Ensure efficient communication and information exchanges with Regional Ocean FREIGHT Teams
• Held regular meetings with internal Pricing members on weekly or bi-weekly basis as needed
• Review the RFQ pipeline regularly and evaluates the workload performance
• Monitor and follow up on bid status and results
Requirement:
• Candidates must have Min. 5 years field-sales experience in international freight forwarding
• Strong network in Logistic and forwarding industry is definitely an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin are an essential
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good in Team spirit
• Strong strategic and data analysis skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Business trip is required
