Key Accountabilities：

1.Prepare various kinds of operations & management reporting for Business Operations & Ops Head (including quarterly, yearly reports.

2.KPI reports etc to Senior Management; prepare all kinds of reports needed by the Head office such as the Business Operations objectives plan, performance update etc.)

3.Assist Operations Head in formulating the department's strategy, staff training plan, KPI performance as well as KPI monitoring.

4.Prepare the overall budget plan & temporary staff's budget for Business Operations and ongoing monitoring

5.Prepare all kinds of internal documents to proceed & obtain relevant

Senior Management / or Executive Committee approval via internal OA system in accordance internal guidelines & requirements

6.Gather working & performance achievements summary from various Ops teams; and track the progress of performance for KPI's monitoring and reporting purposes

7.Manage 1~2 staff (department's secretary & admin. Staff) in supporting BOCI's

maintaining process; administrative works, staff's related arrangements etc) and control

8.Prepare proposal & presentation material; management discussion & analysis in results reports

Skills & Experience

1.Degree holder with a minimum of 6~8 years' relevant experiences

2.Working experiences in Banking & Financial Institution industries

3.Good spoken and written Chinese and English, in particular Mandarin & simplified Chinese

4.Strong control senses and works independently

5.Ability to take ownership & responsibilities

6.A good leadership skill and mature
