RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze F2P relevant processes to identify improvement opportunities and determine how SAP solutions can enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work with global BPM or global IT, design and implement SAP supply chain solutions, including modules such as SAP production and planning (SAP IBP) ,warehouse management, logistics execution.
- Conduct testing to ensure that the implemented solutions function correctly and meet the user's needs.
- Provide training and support to users on the new systems and processes.
- Play role as business process governance, to make sure that processes are running as designed.
- Collaborate with project managers, other consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide process support, including troubleshooting and resolving any SAP-related process issues.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a business process specialist with a focus on supply chain management.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP supply chain modules like production and planning, inventory management ,warehousing and logistic execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and with key users.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to production sites as required.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP IBP is a plus.
- Knowledge of other ERP systems or supply chain management tools.
- Project management experience.
- Understanding of business process reengineering and change management.
