ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

This role will serve as central excellence to bridge product and marketing as well as global and regional team to drive demand generation through product marketing strategy, identify consumer trends and translate into product concept, manage full set of product launch toolkits development cover but not set assets created globally and locally. Bring strategic frame and structure in marketing focused style planning, define KPI and ROI setting for content, track hero style performance and feed insights into content creation to support Kipling EC product building.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Include but not limited to

- Support line manage to build seasonal product building blocks and identify long-term tiered hero styles.

- Map out seasonal product marketing focus with collaboration from product team based on rolling GTM process.

- Ensure product concept landing excellent execution across different omni-channel touchpoints.

- Develop go-to-marketing program of the launch of new product with full-set of toolkits, e.g., communication concept, assets, IP GWP, PDP etc.

- Routine management and liaison between global / markets regarding product description

- Proactively lead the process working with cross-function and different platforms to evolve digital EC assets to consumers by assets innovation, test & learn & explore ways of site application to enhance digital online experience

- Develop performance-driven strategies (to drive hero styles growth and digital EC conversion) in content creation and set clear KPI and ROI benches to evaluate success.

- Collaborate with omnichannel partners, brand communication and creatives to co-develop integrated marketing calendar.

- Social listening of industry innovation and business platform knowledge and bring in insights into new technology, new mechanisms, new collaboration opportunities to enhance relevant occasion building and on-the-go lifestyle to strengthen Kipling DNA and unique product value proposition.

- Key contact between global and region for the assets development coverage to ensure APAC needs were well fulfilled.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong data management and analytics skill

- Well understand of Hero product building roadmap from consumer insights to sharpen communication concept to drive product desirability.

- Well understanding of product launch with full pack of up-stream toolkits cover but not limited to digital ecosystem and EC landscape, trends, and consumer behavior especially in the fashion industry

- Good understanding of E-commerce site content planning

- Better understanding of VF culture is a plus

- Fluent in English

- Strong communication skill and organized to coordinate with other functions, departments, and external stakeholders
