Job Responsibilities
Ensure new products meet all customer and company specifications and standards
Participate in the creation of the input data for agreed project for evaluation: requirements, business plan sales, naming, design input, marketing concept.
Follow the project development expressing the voice of the customer and contributing by synchronizing with sales and Group Marketing
Support proactively the existing ranges especially by producing necessary complementary information about range evolution features and benefits, comparison to new product completion and send it to sales and support functions.
Create and actively promote and train new products to the local, but also defined other markets of the Wilo Group, incl. intl. documentations and tools
Create the documents (sales book, product info, match product…) and data and act directly for the deployment of the Marketing concept achieving sales increase according to business plan Define necessary USP’s or differentiation aspects for product portfolio and benchmark vs. competition

Communicate with customers to verify product specifications and evaluate feasibility
Coordinate with Local PM , Marketing , Sales and Eng. to comunicate customer needs
Take responsibility for dedicated portfolio in domestic drainage & Sewage ranges 
Assist in market survey policies, standards, and processes for completing products 
Contribute to the successful completion of new products and customer satisfaction of company products

Job Requirements
Degree: BA or higher in engineering
Years/type of experience: 3 years in production engineer, sales or product management
Area-specific knowledge: pump industry is preferred
Language: fluent in English and local language
