职位简介 Position Overview

Sr. Supply Chain Specialist (SCS) is responsible for managing lifestyle and supplementary drinkware sourcing projects in Starbucks CAP team, including new supplier sourcing & qualification, supplier quality management & manufacturing audit, product quality & compliance review for new product and mass production. The Sr. Supply Chain Specialist needs to support Souring Director on driving suppliers to continuously improve quality and product development performance by applying professional technics and tools. This role will also work directly with Starbucks CAP customers to provide quality solutions.

基本职能 Responsibilities

• Independently manage Starbucks CAP supplementary drinkware categories project development, including timeline management, following up sampling, quotation and mass production. Coordinate among internal functions of PD/CDC/PM/AM and external suppliers, on transparent information and efficient communication, in order to carry forward on drinkware project launching on time with good quality. Independently manage supplementary drinkware sourcing with existing and new suppliers. Leverage existing silhouettes from suppliers to support Starbucks CAP product map. Coordinate all supplier resources to support product proposals for campaign in each region and negotiate a competitive purchasing price & lead time.

独立管理星巴克亚太区补充杯品项目的开发落地，包括项目进度管理，追踪样品打样、报价、大货生产等。协调公司内部各个部门PD/CDC/PM/AM与外部供应商的信息对称及高效沟通，以推进被品项目按时按质量要求上市。与现有供应商和新供应商配合管理杯具类产品补充采购项目，利用工厂现有杯具器型支持星巴克亚太产品开发计划。拉动供应商的资源来支持各业务区域的促销品提案，通过谈判争取到有竞争力的采购价格和采购周期。
• Manage existing supplier pool of lifestyle and dedicated supplementary drinkware, maintain the daily communication and long-term relationship to ensure efficiency and effectiveness against projects development. Lead new suppliers sourcing with qualification and verification according to business needs and supplier pool supplementary to enhance diversity of product categories.

管理现有配件和补充型杯子的供应商资源，维护日常沟通和长期的供应商关系确保项目开发中的高效和及时产出。基于业务需求并完善公司的供应商资源，主导新供应商开发以及供应商的资质审核，以扩展供应商资源和产品品类的多样性。
• Actively be involved in Starbucks CAP new product engineering review and quality validation of lifestyle and supplementary drinkware sourcing projects, including Compliance Review, Engineering Inspection Report (EIR), Pre-production (PP) Inspection and Production Start Authorization (PSA) processes. Leverage Starbucks Global SC Engineering and Quality teams to guarantee the products comply with the product claimed functionality, client requirements and market regulations. Be responsible for creating the SPEC of lifestyle and supplementary drinkware sourcing products for Starbucks CAP to guarantee the product standards and requirements implemented completely and properly.

积极参与星巴克亚太区域配件和补充采购项目的新产品工程评估和质量验证，包括合规性审核、工程功能验证和小批量试产过程中的认证工作。根据产品的性能特点，分析和审核该产品是否符合目标市场的法规要求和客人的标准，与星巴克全球供应链的工程和质量部门协作，确保发货产品符合产品所声称的性能、客户标准的要求和市场法规的要求。针对星巴克亚太区域配件和补充采购项目建立产品规格书，确保产品的标准和要求在供应商处得到完全且正确的执行。
• Responsible for customer complaint process of Starbucks CAP business and follow up the CAR with suppliers to close it effectively with the support of Starbucks Global SC quality team. Leverage the resource of Starbucks Global SC quality team to manage the mass production quality of lifestyle and supplementary drinkware sourcing products for Starbucks CAP business. Guarantee each batch of products to meet the quality standards of customers.

• Lead quality management system (QMS) review, audit and improvement of lifestyle and supplementary drinkware sourcing related suppliers. Closely monitor supplier performance both onsite and remotely against key quality metrics and initiatives. Continuously improve the QMS level and evaluate these suppliers’ overall quality performance. Proactively work with internal Starbucks Global SC quality team on all issues affecting supplier performance and its impact to company business strategy.

主导星巴克亚太区域配件和补充采购项目相关的供应商质量体系分析、审核和改善。根据关键质量指标和计划，在现场和远程密切监控供应商的表现。持续提升质量管理体系并评估供应商的整体质量表现。关于所有影响供应商绩效及其对公司业务战略产生影响的问题，积极地与星巴克全球供应链的质量部门进行合作，以求迅速解决问题。

Excellent sourcing, planning & implementation capabilities. Strong project management skills and negotiation skills with good communication methods.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Familiar with ISO900 standards, skilled at supplier audit and quality system management.
