Key Areas of Focus:
Drive service plan renewals, conversions and new business
· Renew and convert expiring service plans through value-selling and positioning MD to win in the market. Measured monthly by renewal rate in $ and units.
· Convert expiring warranties to new service plans through value-selling and positioning MD to win in the market. Measure monthly by warranty conversion in $ and units.
· Convert new business from leads to service plans through value-selling and positioning MD to win in the market.
· Drive repeat sales of PMs and PM/OQs
· Visit high value customers to bring in key customers and gain VOC to drive growth
· Interact with internal departments such as Sales, Legal, and Finance to close transactions.
· Provide regular forecasting for revenue and bookings
· Stay current on quoting (90 days ahead)
· Monitor competition and market trends
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
· Be sensitive to develop service offerings to meet dynamic market demands.

Qualifications and skills:
· Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field is preferable. We will consider appropriate experience in the industry and/or previous successful service sales experience.
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in service sales, account management, customer service and negotiating with customers
· Proficient in speaking English and Mandarin
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications. Ability to quickly learn and master additional software applications desired. Experience with Salesforce/ServiceMax is a plus.
· Must be comfortable with managing total customer relationships/experiences
· Must demonstrate a history of diligence, attention to detail, and superior customer (both internal and external) focus.
· Proven self-starter with an outstanding work ethic and history of superior performance.
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of information.
· Strong time management skills required.
· Knowledge of the Sales process from quotes to final shipment of orders
· Team player, enthusiastic about excellent customer service
· Able to remain calm and professional, even when under pressure
