- Create engaging, interactive e-learning content using tools such as iSpring Suite Max, incorporating multimedia elements, quizzes, and assessments.
- Design gamified learning experiences and scenario-based modules to enhance retention and apply knowledge practically.
- Develop safety and compliance content to explain Kontoor's guidelines and audit processes.
- Devise user engagement strategies to maintain high participation rates and facilitate peer interactions.
- Engage with stakeholders for continuous feedback and needs assessment.
