职位描述
1. Closely track market dynamics, regularly update macroeconomics, market trends and new regulations, provide forward-looking industry analysis reports, and formulate and dynamically adjust the company's overseas financing strategies based on the company's development;
2. Responsible for connecting with major financial institutions such as banks, expanding cooperation resources of financial institutions according to the company's financing strategy, maintaining daily business cooperation, and ensuring smooth and orderly financing;
3. Familiar with various debt financing methods and products, including trade financing, project loans, syndicated loans, bond issuance, reverse factoring, letter of guarantee, etc., with experience in obtaining and maintaining external credit ratings, and be able to flexibly use and support business development in light of the company's actual needs, and provide business financing-related services solutions;
4. Responsible for the daily operation of overseas financing, including negotiation of related agreements such as credit granting, withdrawal, and repayment of principal and interest, preparation of documents, verification of financing information, and inter-departmental communication in related processes. Identify and prevent related risks, complete the work requirements before, during and after the loan in accordance with the company's system, and carry out full-process management.
职位要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance related areas are preferred;
2. Rich experience in financing and fund management of financial institutions or medium/large enterprises. Experiences in multinational enterprises, listed companies or internet industry are preferred;
3. Familiar with the operation process of overseas financing (syndrome loan, bilateral loan, credit rating, bond issuance, etc.), and have rich relevant experience;
4. Good communication, coordination and execution skills, judgment, co-ordination skills;
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility for work, be careful and cautious, have a positive attitude, and teamwork spirit.
