Purpose of the position

Work with the cross functions to ensure the continuous improvement on environmental, occupational health and safety.

Responsibilities and key activities required

1. Maintain ISO14001 & ISO45001 & & ISO50001 & safety standardization system

- Legal and other requirements identification and evaluation

- Hazards and environmental aspects identification and evaluation

- System procedures update and release

- Organize internal audit, corporate audit and external audit

- Organize management review

2. Safety and environmental culture development

- Global safety week

- National safety month

- World Environment Day

3. Global safety and environmental system data maintainance

- Monthly near miss reporting and analysis follow up in KSS system

- Quarterly carbon footprint data reporting and analysis in enablon system

4. Permit application on evironmental, occupation health and safety

- Occupational health three simultaneous

- Enviromental protection three simultaneous

- Safety three simultaneous

5. Other task arranged by superior.

Performance measures required in the position

1. ISO14001 & ISO45001 & ISO50001 system findings on time closed rate

2. Safety standardization system findings on time closed rate

Other competences required in the position

Competence & qualification requirement:

1. Bachelor / college degree, preferably with a major in Safety, Enviromental or Engineering;

2. A minimum of 3~5 years of related experience in manufacturing and consulting enterprise with EHS experience.

3. Good spoken & written English skill;

4. Capable of using Microsoft Office package;

5. Good communication skill and systemic logic;


EHS Requirements:

1. Internal audit certificate of ISO 45001 & ISO 50001

2. Be familiar with enviromental, occupational health and safety regulations, such as three simultaneous processes.

3. Be familiar with hazards and environmental aspects identification and evaluation methods.
