The International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) is in search of an intern with a passion for architecture and the built environment to support the Market Solution team for China in advancing the adoption of the WELL Building Standard™ (WELL). WELL is a performance-based system for measuring, certifying, and monitoring features of buildings that impact the health and wellbeing of the people who live, work, and learn in them.
China Market Development Team oversees the end-to-end customer experience with WELL, helping project teams around China enhance human health and well-being through the built environment. This team is focused on the Marketing and Business support of customers through project. Market Development team members proactively develop solutions and research to help business team solve the data challenges, inspire best practices in the implementation of WELL, and ensure customer feedback drives the continuous improvement of our programmers.
In this role, you’ll work closely with a diverse IWBI China team of architects, urban planners, building science, and real estate professionals to help create resources that enhance the WELL process and healthy building design, support the project business assistance process, and help to track and collect the feedback from WELL projects in Beijing.
Responsibilities
 Support IWBI China (Beijing) Market Development Team to prepare business resources
 Collect the feedback from WELL projects in Beijing and other key regions;
 Site visit the WELL projects and summarize the PPT for research;
 Support the team with urgent customer enquiries
 Help organize events and webcasts, and coordinate with our local market partner network
 Facilitate other administrative activities
Candidate Profile & Prerequisites
 PPT Skill and logical skill;
 Industry resource, especially for Senior living or enterprise resource;
 Local Government practice experience Prefer;
 Demonstrated pursuit of knowledge in a relevant field (e.g., environmental sciences, public health, engineering, etc.) as evidenced by formal undergraduate or graduate degree
 Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work
 Strong writing, communication, and research skills
 Desire to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven team environment
