As an associate, you will
Participate in different kinds of tax advisory and compliance projects, including but not limited to tax due diligence, restructuring, treaty benefit, set up, de-registration, etc.;
Assist project manager in conducting tax and business research;
Assist project manager in preparing various documents;
Assist project manager with onsite work and communication with clients;
Assist project manager in communicating with tax bureau or other government authorities;
Keep good communication and working relationship with the team;
Other daily support to the team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, tax, finance, law, economics or other related disciplines;
Good analysis and communication skills;
Fast learner, with flexibility and adaptability to work;
Self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure;
Good command of spoken and written English;
Proficiency in computer applications, especially WORD, EXCEL and PPT
