Responsibilities:   
Process sales orders and commit delivery schedules. Liaise/ compromise between production and customers on sales deliveries
Establish and maintain Production Schedule in order to meet customer demand
Review material availability and work with buyer to pull in components and ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
Closely work with production team to maximize production capacity, efficiency while minimize production cost.
Monitor progress of production to ensure meeting customer requirements and delivery time
Update the production plan timely according to customer demand change
Keep management and supervisor informed of all production output and commitment problem or potential problem
Report on key production planning and inventory control performance measurements.
Implement engineering change management.

Requirements:
Diploma/bachelor's degree or equivalent. 
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Production Planning or other material management function.
Familiar with MRP system
Excellent in Excel, database experience is a plus
Work in a fast-paced environment and get results in a timely manner/multi tasking abilities. 
Good command of spoken and written English
