Continuous Improvement
• Mentor and coach Green Belts
• Support SAFRAN University to deliver GB trainings in asia.
• Execute Continuous Improvement projects within the organization
• Support shared service with QRQC rituals.
• Organize and lead innovation activities within the organization and with sister companies in China.
• Participate monthly China Lean Café and Asia Lean network meeting.
• Participate quarterly QRQC meeting with sister companies in China.
• Responsible for SAFRAN China Participative Innovation (IP): manage the access to ‘IMPROVE’, IP status sharing, best idea selection, etc.

Quality Management Systems and Risk
• In charge of risk management and Crisis management of the company. Lead RiTo review twice a year with HOD and top management.
• Organize and lead yearly customer satisfaction interview, collect feedback and needs from internal customers, work with involved departments to define long term and short-term action plans that are consistent with customer expectations and our internal business strategies. .
• Responsible for SAFRAN China Quality Management System (QMS). Keep it ‘up to date’ and endure its application with all HOD.
• Support departments to follow company procedures and implemented properly.

REQUIREMENTS:
Language:
- Chinese is mandatory
- Good level in written and spoken for English
- French is a plus
Skills / Competencies:
- BB is preferred
- Problem solving, result focused
- Experienced project management with cross function teams
- Team spirit
