1)Overall development and implementation of purchasing plan for materials in accordance with the target set by the company and carrying out separate tasks as required by the purchasing manager or designed team leader.

3)Qualified Mechatronic commodity supplier management, and keep good relationship with supplier
合格电子部品供应商的管理，并维护供应商的合作关系

4)Develop and reserve potential Mechatronic part supplier, eg: Motor, PCBA, ECU, Actuator, wire harness.
潜在电子部品供应商的开发和储备，例如 马达，PCBA，ECU，执行器， 电子开关，线束等

5)Collect main electronic components marketing price info, resource channels, ensure supply chain security. Eg: hall senor, capacitor ,protector.
收集主要电子元器件的市场价格信息，资源渠道，保证供应链安全。例如 芯片，传感器，电容，保护器等

6)Participate in price negotiations with supplier for new project, and also recommend and nominate supplier.
参与新项目供应商的价格谈判，供应商定点推荐。

7)Regular audit supplier plant to know latest situation of machine and manufactory process,
定期审核供应商了解供应商的设备和生产工艺的最新状态

8)Collaborate and assist EU dept. with supplier for technical review on produces. 配合和协助设计部门与供应商开展产品开发的技术讨论。

9)Base on design department provide new technical which BOS would use in future, develop and reserve quality supplier
针对设计部门提出的未来将要使用的新技术开发和储备有资质的供应商.

10)Purchasing documents and data management, and build mold of cost analysis
采购文件和基础数据的管理并构建成本分析模块

11)VAVE /localization idea and following , and implement and achieve the company’s annual price reduction target for suppliers.
VAVE/国产化的想法和跟踪，并落实和实现公司对供应商年度降价的目标

12)Secret responsibility for the relative information of technology and business etc.
相关技术和业务信息的保密职责

13)Other tasks required by the superior.

其他要求：
1）Above Bachelor's degree with relevant mechatronics
本科以上，机械电子相关背景。

2）Above 5 years relative working experience in Automotive industry field, Above 2 years experience in purchasing automotive electronic components. Familiar with Motor , EUC, Actuator.
五年以上汽车行业工作经验，2年以上汽车电子件采购经验。熟悉汽车马达，ECU, 执行器

3）Understand the design and development process of motors and EUC.
