职责描述：

Encourage successful WELL project certifications and registrations by:
o Supporting project teams through delivering technical solutions across WELL’s health-based concept areas
o Answering technical and project-specific questions about WELL from project teams
o Scheduling and engaging in discovery calls/meetings with prospective clients, and sending follow-up
o Evaluating international and local codes, standard and regulations to support successful localization of WELL

Support the development of resources by:
o Participating in technical resource development to aid projects toward successful implementation of WELL programs
o Writing articles and FAQs to provide guidance to project teams about the WELL process
o Communicating industry feedback to the Standard Development team for development of WELL’s programs, including the WELL Building Standard, WELL Health-Safety Rating, WELL Performance Rating and the WELL Community Standard
o Draft resources that provide regional-specific resources, tools and guidance on best practices to meet WELL requirements for local challenges

Foster support for and greater awareness of health built environment practices by:
o Writing articles and helping to support webcasts, trainings and other educational content for IWBI’s broad audience
o Enabling the WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP) community by providing relevant WELL updates and supporting external WELL consultants

o Participating in interpreting and translating works for the internal & external working materials.

任职要求：

Candidate Profile & Prerequisites:
• 1 to 3 years of working experience of in the related fields, such as Architectural Design, Building technology, Real Estate Management or Development, Sustainability, Property Consulting etc. An understanding of the design, construction and operational phases of real estate development projects
• Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Building Sciences, Environmental Health, etc.)
• WELL Accredited Professional
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in Mandarin: articulate, assertive and confident
• Ability to engage, educate and enchant a diverse set of outside project teams and design/ construction/ real estate professionals
• Detail-oriented: Strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn more and a desire to work in a dynamic, deadline driven team environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and willing to be a team player by working collaboratively in groups
• Proficient in English: listening, speaking, reading and writing.
•1 - 3年相关领域工作经验，如建筑设计、建筑技术、房地产管理或开发、可持续发展、物业咨询等。对房地产开发项目的设计、施工和运营阶段有一定的了解

•良好的英语听说读写能力。

Candidate Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional experience working at a design engineering/ architecture, sustainability consulting or other relevant firm
• Experience with implementing building certification systems (WELL, LEED, BREEAM, China Green Building Label, China Healthy Building Label) and sustainable design.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety measures, including ergonomic design, circadian lighting, workplace policies, facility management and monitoring of the indoor environment
• Demonstrated field experience in on-site testing of health-based parameters in buildings
• Experience presenting at conferences, summits and forums
