POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Maglev control algorithm research and development;
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Focus on Maglev control algorithm research and development.
2. Build up knowledge hierarchy and matrix of maglev tech and build up competency accordingly.
3. Deep tech review to the maglev design solutions.
4. Responsible for technical requirement/specification of Maglev control associated.
5. Lead tech discussion regarding maglev algorithm associate topics.
6. Maintain a high level of expertise in maglev related technologies and industry trends.
7. Lead technical engagement with vendors for products and support issues;
8. Work closely across multiple teams including PM, Operation, Servcie, IT to optimize IoT solution.

Qualifications:
1. Rich experience in control theory, has several published papers with high quality.
2. Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Control Theory and Control Engineering or Automation.
3. Familiar with Maglev associated tech and solutions.
4. Good English level in listening, speaking, writing and reading, have ability to lead technical discussion with global cross-function team.

7. Strong accountability, positive work attitude, pay attention to detail, can work under pressure;
