Job Description
Training Support (Virtual & Face to face)
？ Design and maintain training implementation process/tools continuously by working with training managers
？ Support trainers to well prepare training arrangement such as meeting room setting/facilities checking/Online platform testing
？ Support trainers to well prepare training logistics preparation such as material printing/tools preparation and checking
？ Help trainers by supporting the training implementation such as onsite support/signature management/testing checking/virtual meeting support
？ Design and push WeChat tweets base on content
Training data consolidation and management
？ Design and develop management tools of training data such as training plan/result
？ Monitor the monthly data upload performance and following up as needed
？ Provide monthly training progress data(AZC) by working with training management team
？ Provide learning data through the e-learning platform
？ Develop and maintain training data recording system by working with training sp.
？ Develop and maintain training material storage management tools and process
Internal process support
？ Purchasing Process-vendor communication/process management
？ Approval process-following up/communication
？ Internal working process-meeting plan and support/meeting minutes management/workload upload and output

？ Have experience in the training support
？ Good communication skills
？ Strong execution capability
？ Learning ability
？ Good at Windows Office (EXCEL/ Power BI/PPT/WORD/PUBLISHER)
？ Bachelor’s degree
