Position/ Title: Finance Manager, Brand Finance (TNF APAC)
Coalition & Brand: The North Face
Function: Finance
Geographic Scope: Asia
Business Scope: Wholesale, gross margin and Marketing.
Reporting Manager: Finance Director, TNF APAC
Location of Position: Shanghai
Role & Responsibilities:
- Take charge of wholesale channel financial plan and forecast process, partnering with MCO, planning, CS and commercial teams.
- Identify both long-term and short-term risks and opportunities followed with strategic risk mitigation plans.
- Provide insightful performance analysis vs. plan, forecast and historical data.
- Develop and document complex financial analysis to support short-term and long-term business decisions.
- Continuously improve finance partnership to marketing team, tracking investment effectively.
- Develop margin analysis tool and deliver insightful and useful suggestions to commercial team.
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders, drive for continuous simplification and process improvement.

- Generally 5 years of progressive FP&A experience.

- Proficient PC skills
Experience
Minimum Relevant Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in FP&A
Nature of Work: Marketing support experience is preferred, FMCG Background preferred.
Academic Qualifications
Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, MBA preferred.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in English, Chinese or any Asian Languages
