How You’ll Make an Impact

* Manage internal and external (financial) audits at the Companies.

* Lead to ensure timely completion and quality of accounting related work
* ICFR Support certifiers
* Oversees and manages all day-to-day accounting operations and proper application of accounting systems for the Companies incl. the management of accounting service providers.
* GAAP and other internal guidelines at the Companies accordingly.
* Ensure implementation & adherence to Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines (IFRS), local
* Adherence to Compliance in all accounting practices and processes.
* As the role of business partner, ensure the high quality of books and records for IFRS and PRC GAAP
* Define working requirements in terms of Governance and monitor the implementation and standard template and tools
* Overall responsibility for accounting governance

What You Bring

* Fluency in English
* SoA working experience/ Big 4 experience is a plus
* SAP experience is preferred
* Good presentation and communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization
* 3 - 5 years concrete professional knowledge in general accounting and finance, especially solid IFRS consolidation & reporting, PRC GAAP accounting & reporting
