Major Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the HEMBA & DBA marketing team, initiate annual marketing strategies for HEMBA & DBA;
2. Lead the marketing and promotional events which support HEMBA and DBA’s branding and admission.
3. Guide the team to manage HEMBA and DBA’s printed materials, website, social media, advertisement and other online content;
4. Provide support to the recruitment in carrying out administrative tasks, answering admission related queries, maintaining databases;
5. Work closely with program operation team for better understanding of the program and the students;
6. Support other dept. level and/or school activities when required.
Basic Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree; International education background preferred;
2. 6+ years working experience in sales and marketing or relevant functions;
3. Excellent content development and copywriting skills with a keen eye for details;
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize work schedules to ensure work is delivered on time and to a high quality;
5. Proactive, target oriented, self-motivated, and a fast-learner;
6. Fluency in both Chinese and English, oral and written.
