Job Responsibility：
Capacity management:
1) Manage and negotiate the leadtime, MOQ and surcharge
2) Negotiate the seasonal capacity need
3) Communicate and monitor the monthly update
PO processing:
1) Manage PO placement of buy
2) Work and Negotiate with vendors and brands to overcome minimum order quantity and surcharge.
3) Manage and validate PO confirmation on delivery detail.
4) Maintain the status and data in SAP
Production planning:
1) Manage WIP processing, monitor delivery through Communication with vendors and QPM team
2) Communicate and coordinate priority orders with vendors
3) Identify and mitigate of potential delays with collaboration with T1, MR, QPM and T2 to actively resolving issue
4) Communicate and manage the change of delivery date, destinations, and ship mode with all planners
Shipment:
1) Coordinate and negotiate the shipment consolidation plan or with factories and subs.
2) Ensure T1 compliance to corporate policies related to delivery execution and logistics.
3) Track and coordinate the update of shipping instruction with the logistic coordinator and vendors.
4) Collaborate with Customs and T1 to comply customs requirements, e.g. CPTPP, Form A preparation.
5) Track and coordinate the invoice, shipping custom doc submission, coordinate when there is the delay or discrepancies found.
Business and sourcing analysis support:
1) Track & validate the KPI Reports.
2) Provide the business report and analysis for management evaluation.
Others:
1) Review & negotiate seasonal brands operational calendar, e.g.PO placement timeline, consolidation plan.
2) Validate and resolve material leftover for vendors (e.g.Bags vendors, AMP, order cancellation)
3) Support & collaborate testing requirement for destinations with T1 and material team (e.g.CPSIA, India shipment fabric test)

Key Competencies：

● 3 years working experience in manufacturing /order follow up/ logistics/ customer service. (Apparel industry knowledge is preferrable).
● College Graduate
● Order follow up experience in global sourcing company is preferably in Apparel / sportswear industry
● Good Communication & Interpersonal skill, good at working with multi nationalities customers / destinations
● Good computer skill: MS Office (Excel & Power-point), SAP experience preferrable
● Good spoken and written English.
