As the Director of Sales for Overseas Markets, you will be responsible for designing and executing sales strategies to drive the growth and penetration of our products in international markets. You will work closely with product management, marketing, and other related teams to develop and implement comprehensive sales plans that align with business objectives. Your role will involve market research, channel expansion, customer relationship management, and performance analysis to ensure the success of our products in global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote technology products in international markets, considering cultural differences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
2. Collaborate with product management to understand product features, benefits, and target customers, and translate them into compelling sales messages.
3. Lead cross-channel sales teams, expand market channels, and establish and maintain partnerships with distributors and partners.
4. Manage customer relationships, communicate and negotiate with key customers, resolve issues, and improve customer satisfaction.
5. Develop and implement sales targets, and monitor team performance to achieve sales revenue and profit targets.
6. Analyze sales performance data and KPI metrics, develop sales strategies and plans, and optimize sales performance.
7. Ensure sales teams comply with company policies and procedures, and provide necessary training and guidance.
8. Keep abreast of market trends and competitive situations, adjust sales strategies and plans in a timely manner to maintain a competitive advantage.
Requirements:
1. Extensive experience in sales roles, preferably in the technology industry.
2. Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners at different levels.
3. Strong team leadership and collaboration skills, able to motivate teams to achieve common goals.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Analytical and problem-solving skills, able to make quick decisions and take action.
6. Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
7. Willingness to travel and adapt to different working environments.
